Purpose of the Study
The general purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the WearME device as a physiological monitor of heart, lungs, body temperature, and body posture. Findings from this study will be used to support FDA 510(k) submission

What Happens During the Study?
In-Person
You will be given a WearME device and shown how to use it.
Data is recorded in parallel with other FDA devices (Eko Duo and Capnograph) for reference.
In-person data recording takes approximately 15 minutes.
Virtual
After being shown how to use the WearME device in person, you will be asked to take the device home.
Record your activity with the WearME device and app, up to 3 hours a day.
Optional Physical Therapy Services
Physical therapy is available to you while participating in this study, in both virtual and in-person capacities. This service is not provided free of charge, but is covered by most insurance.
What Happens During the Study?
In-Person and Virtual
A physical therapist will evaluate your objective functions and provide you with appropriate exercises. Depending on your PT goals and needs, your therapist will provide you with additional rehabilitation. Your therapist will give you exercises for use at-home.
